I can BEAR-ly contain myself! Isn’t this teddy bear, created from an antique woven coverlet (late 1800’s – early 1900’s), just too cute to pass up! He is approximately 15″ tall and well stuffed. His arms and legs ARE NOT jointed but are stuffed in a way that they will fold in so he can sit. The coverlet used is rusty red/brown and cream ~ wool and cotton or linen threads. The coverlet was washed and dried prior to use. The bear has a plain face but the geometric design of the coverlet gives him so much character! He has a simple bow made from a piece of primmed gauze like fabric. How can you BEAR not to take him home??!! PLEASE NOTE: This bear is NOT recommended as a child’s toy. For decorative purposes only.
